The “All Aboard” project was developed against the background of the alarming school dropout rates throughout Europe and the need to focus more on this issue and to create a space for discussion studies and teamwork at EU level, especially within the framework of the Erasmus+ program on issues related to early school leaving. Research, implementation, dissemination, and collaboration are the key areas addressed in this project. They relate to the creation of sophisticated educational environments and methodological or pedagogical strategies that are compatible with both the local realities and the globalization of our communities. To combat early school leaving, we must understand the causes of early school leaving, remove barriers within the education barriers within education systems that prevent young people from completing upper secondary education, encourage schools to develop supportive learning environments, promote multi-professional teams, and improve their continuous professional development.
