Short description:

The project enterEurope DG3 is intended to offer headmasters, teachers and students the opportunity to set up a European school project on the topic of civic competence within the framework of Erasmus+ and to experience mutual exchange with schools in Belgium/Brussels. Interested school classes can network with a partner school in Brussels and develop a joint project on the topics of financial education and children’s rights. In addition, by the exchange with colleagues from Munich the participating teachers and headmasters will learn about opportunities for school development via Erasmus+. Awareness will be raised for new ideas regarding school development processes and independent project development and Erasmus+ project submission will be encouraged within the framework of the Erasmus+ application workshop of the Europe Office of the Board of Education for Vienna.

Offers & activities for Viennese schools (grades 5-8):

• Europe-wide exchange in the context of 80 job shadowings for teachers and headmasters
• Cross-school exchange at input events on the topic of European Citizenship, financial education and children’s rights
• 3-part application workshop for the best possible Erasmus+ empowerment
• Project days for 300 pupils in Brussels
• International school partnerships with partner classes in Brussels
