Short describtion:

The project enterEurope VET2 aims to support schools for higher and intermediate vocational education (BMHS) in Vienna in shaping vocational education to be future-oriented, justice-oriented, and meaningful. The focus lies on short-term internships for learners as well as job shadowings for teachers and school principals organized by the European Office in partner regions across Europe. The project draws on international best-practice examples that demonstrate how vocational education can better integrate social, ecological, and ethical dimensions, providing young people with meaning, orientation, and perspectives for their professional future. Through professional exchange abroad, new impulses for school development processes are generated that foster meaningful vocational education. In addition, teachers and school leaders participating in the project will be informed about the wide range of Erasmus+ opportunities during the Erasmus+ Application Workshop organized by the European Office and will receive support in submitting their own Erasmus+ project applications.

  • European exchange through 80 job shadowings for teachers and school principals
  • Exploration of new professional and pedagogical approaches
  • Systemic and transformative development of vocational education
  • 60 learning mobilities for students
  • Improved career opportunities, resilience, and equal opportunities
  • International partnerships in 4 host regions
  • 3-part application workshop for maximum Erasmus+ empowerment
