On April 22, 2025, as part of our Interreg AT-HU project BOUNCE BACK, we presented the Startbox Mathematics app to around 100 interested educators. Director of the Board of Education for Vienna Elisabeth Fuchs and District Mayor Stefanie Lamp congratulated the development team. The “Startbox Mathematics” was developed and funded by the European Office of the Board of Education for Vienna for the early detection of math difficulties in first-grade elementary school students as part of the EU Interreg project CODES. Together with the HTL Vienna West, we have successfully developed an app for the Startbox Mathematics. It supports teachers in accurately identifying children’s mathematical problems and providing targeted support.
