Not only are multilingual or global skills important for intercultural knowledge, but critical, analytical, and reflective skills and attitudes also play an important role. It is therefore crucial to understand other worldviews and to experience global skills and diverse thinking as an enrichment not only for an individual but also for society as a whole. This project aims to discover new ways to include and recognize cultural diversity. Job shadowing and joint teaching with teachers from other cultures offer the opportunity to expand our horizons. A total of six participants were invited to discover different teaching methods in Finland. They exchanged experiences and produced a best practice report. In addition, culturally different students were able to benefit from the inclusion of different world views in everyday school life and thus also from this project.
